Welcome to Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh
Classes, Performance, Events and Learning for all ages.

Classes

Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh run a broad range of classes covering all the Irish Trad music instruments, for both beginners through advanced, and for students of all ages.

Bands

The club runs four underage bands, usually with twenty members in each. As students improve with their learning in classes they naturally progress to playing in bands.

Performance

Ceoltóirí bands regularly perform in venues throughout the year. We look to partake in as many performance opportunities as we can, including competitions.

We are looking for part-time teachers.

Ceoltoiri Chluain Tarbh is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for the posts of part-time teachers with our traditional music school. Classes are held on Thursday evenings, 18:30 to 21:00, and Saturday mornings 09:00 to 11:30.
We teach a range of instruments in small class settings and emphasise good instrument technique and common repertoire.
Interested teachers should send their CV and letter of application by email to The Chairperson, CCT Music School at: classes@ceoltoiri.ie
Closing date for applications is Friday September 8th, 2023.
Classes start on Thursday 14th and Saturday 16th September 2023.

Where are we teaching?
